Bulgarie 2005

Bulgaria was represented at Eurovision 2005 by the group Kaffe and the song « Lorraine« . The Bulgarian Final was held on February 12, 2005 at the Grand Concert Hall. Before the final there was a semi-final on January 21 with a total of 24 competing songs. A professional jury selected 12 of these 24 songs to go forward to the final where the winner was chosen by televoting. A jazz inspired band Kaffe was elected with the song « Lorraine », which is written by Vesselin Vesselinov-Eko & Orlin Pavlov and composed by Vesselin Vesselinov-Eko.

The spokesperson who revealed Bulgaria’s votes for other countries was BNT employee Evgenia Atanasova.[1]
