Albanie 2008

Albania selected their entry for the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest on December 16, 2007 in the Festivali I Këngës competition. The winner was Olta Boka with the song « Zemrën e lamë peng » (Hearts Trapped In Time), she represented Albania in Belgrade on May 22 where she participated in the second semi-final and won a place in the final.

Olta Boka finished 9th with 67 points in the second semi-final, thus qualifying for the final

In the final, she performed 3rd following United Kingdom and preceding Germany, finishing in 17th place with 55 points.
